With summer right around the corner it’s time to pull out the BBQ and start grilling up some great recipes. This steak fajita recipe fits the bill. Do a little marinating, some slicing and dicing and we’re off to a tasty meal.

Most steak fajita recipes call for some sort of acidic liquid to tenderize the meat such as lime. But I find lime a bit over powering so my recipe provides more of a hint of lime instead of being the dominate flavor.

I use more beer, Corona in this case, and even a bit of brown sugar and lot’s of garlic for a more interesting flavor. Try it and let me know what you think.

Making fajitas requires juggling several things at once to get all the items on the table at the same time. For some people this can be a little challenging. I’ve included some tips on how to help you manage all the little things that need to be done to make this meal as stress free as possible.

So if grilled steak, bell peppers and onions wrapped in a warm tortilla sounds good to you come check out my latest website update. Top that beef fajita with velvety guacamole, spicy salsa and shredded mild cheddar and I’m betting you’ll be back for seconds.

Enjoy your summer,
Robin
