Easy Taco Casserole Recipe

This taco casserole recipe was sent in by Jonell Neel.

Getting a meal on the table in 30 minutes is sometimes what you need on a busy day. This dish is definately satisfying and full of flavor.

Taco Casserole



Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger meat (browned and drained)
  • 1 pkg. Taco seasoning
  • 1 can cream of chicken mushroom soup
  • 1 small can of Refried Beans
  • 1 can Nacho Cheese soup
  • 1 Bag of Tortilla chips
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese



Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Brown hamburger meat in skillet and then drain off the grease. Put the browned meat back into the skillet along with the next four ingredients.

Meanwhile take an oven-proof 9 x 13 casserole dish and crumble the chips into the bottom, then after the filling is heated through place on top of the chips. Top with shredded cheese and place in the oven until bubbly.

Serve this dish with guacamole, a salad, and torillas for a complete meal.
